What if I damage the trailer or items are stolen?

Each privately owned vehicle has RV Rental Insurance. It is the responsibility of the renter to cover this deductible amount should a claim need to be made. If items are stolen the amount to replace the item will be taken from the security deposit.

What is your cancellation policy?

Once you make a reservation the reservation deposit is non-refundable. However you can move your reservation dates and apply that reservation deposit towards another date that is available.

What if the weather is not ideal and I want to cancel?

Weather is part of camping and traveling. Refunds are not provided due to weather. There is a 14 day cancellation policy for 100% refund. Cancellations made after 14 days the initial deposit will be withheld.

What if I return the vehicle early?

There are no refunds for early returns.

I have never used an RV, can I still rent?

Absolutely since each vehicle is privately owned the owner takes great pride in their vehicle and will take the time to walk you through the entire process of using your vehicle so that you and your family have a great time. Most renters will also provide their direct phone numbers so you can contact them directly while traveling should you have questions.

How much does a rental cost?

All of the prices and terms for RV rentals are listed on our website under the appropriate RV section. ex. Travel Trailers. You can also use our On Line Reservation System to fill out a form for your particular need and a representative will contact you directly to provide specific pricing for your trip.

What deposits are required?

Upon confirmation, a reservation down payment is due. This amount can vary based on the RV unit and length of trip. however a typical reservation deposit is around $150-$200. This can be made via, cash, check or pay pal. This deposit will be applied toward your rental charges. The remaining balance of your rental is due in FULL upon pickup. If paying by check we ask that you send this check 2 days prior to your pickup to allow for the check to clear. A damage deposit of $500 for travel trailers and $750 for motorhomes is due upon pickup as well. The damage deposit is returned in FULL so long as the RV you rented is returned cleaned and damage free. This can be made via cash or check.

What does the RV come with?

The RV is equipped with the typical things that are required for RV operation: Fresh water hose, waste hose, and an electrical adapter. We do not supply any: Linens, cookware, cleaning products, etc.

When can I pick up the RV I am renting.

Based on your pickup date you work directly with the owner of the RV to setup a specific pickup date and time that works well for all parties and allows ample time to thoroughly inspect the RV and provide proper instructions on use of the RV

What if there is damage found that I did not cause?

Upon the pickup of each RV the owner and renter will go through a thorough check out form similar to when you rent a car. While walking around the outside and inside of the RV you and the owner will make note of any noticeable issues. Such as dents, large scratches ripped interior etc. Those not listed on the check out form will be the responsible of the renter.

Does the RV come with a TV, VCR or stereo?

Each unit will list what options are available. If unclear ask before confirming your rental unit.

Do I need a special driver’s license or insurance?

All RV’s have RV Rental Coverage. As a renter you will need valid proof of vehicle insurance and a valid driver’s license.

Can I smoke or bring pets with me?

We strive to provide the best environment for all our quests. To this end all vehicles are NON-Smoking. However pets are are negotiable and are discusssed on a case by case basis. If you smoke in our units your security deposit will be withheld to have the interior professionally cleaned.

What time is the vehicle due to be returned?

All returns are due back by 7:00pm EST on the agreed upon rental return date.(No Exceptions)

What happens if I am not back by the agreed upon return time.

Our RVs are due back in by 7:00 pm - no exceptions. If you are unable to return the RV by 7:00 pm on your scheduled return date then you need to schedule an additional day (which is why we provide daily rates). We schedule vehicles to go back out the same day they return so we need RVs back with enough time to prepare for the next renter that is anxiously awaiting their RV vacation! Lessee's that return vehicles later than 7:00 pm will occur a $50.00 per hour fee, so please plan accordingly.

What do I have to do when returning the vehicle to avoid additional charges?

We require you to return the unit in the same condition as when you rented it. Such as Interior clean, exterior clean, full gas tank(for Motorhomes), and empty waste tanks. You will be required to return the unit in the same condition and experience no additional fees associated with these items.
